Validatable and Calibratable Cleanroom Sealer

The 6300SP impulse heat sealer series is 100% validatable and calibratable across all sealing parameters and meets ISO 11607 CE compliance. The fully interlocked, protected, alarmed digital process and high speed control with LCD touch screen HMI provide assurance that all seal process parameters such as temperature, time and pressure are consistently maintained. This sealer is designed to meet GMP cleanroom, medical and pharmaceutical packaging requirements for sealing a variety of pre-made pouch materials.
Connections for external verification allows easy calibration.
